The best way of learning how to write for the screen is to actually make something for it. These are two of several projects I've done over the years. They didn't turn out all that great, but I had a blast -- and learned a lot -- in doing them.

In the Closet

Summary: Some things just shouldn't come out of the closet.

Script: Click here -- but be sure the lights are on and your closet door is closed before reading.

Notes: I shot this in 2003 and it was my best effort yet. Still, sound and lighting issues really got the better of us in places.

A Waning of Warmth

Story: A young man confronts the choices he's made and the world that ultimately defines him.

Script: Click here to read

Notes:I created this with a friend back in 1997. At that time, I hadn't been to film schoo so I had no idea how difficult it would be. Though not excellent, the result was still good enough to be watchable without being an embarrassment. Oh, and it was written well before another film made massive box office by using a similar story.
